Advantra Lifesciences, a business name of Advantra Consulting Group LLC operates advantralifesciences.com and provides clinical trial staffing, functional teams and workflow services to sponsors, contract research organizations and research sites.

Information we collect
Site visitors
Pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and how you move through the site. This comes from cookies and similar technologies and only where you have consented.
Candidates
Name, contact details, work history, CV, qualifications and certifications, therapeutic area and system experience, right to work status, references, and salary or rate expectations. Where a role requires it, and only after we tell you and obtain the consent the law requires, this can extend to background check results, drug screening results, professional license verification, immunization records and government identifiers needed for payroll and tax.
Client contacts
Name, job title, employer, business contact details, and a record of correspondence about roles, statements of work and invoices.
Where information comes from
- Directly from you, when you apply, send a CV, complete a form or contact us
- From your referees, where you have given us their details
- From job boards, professional networks and public professional profiles
- From background check and screening providers we engage on your instruction
- From a client or a partner agency who has introduced you to a role
How we use information
- Matching candidates to open roles and submitting candidates to clients
- Onboarding, employment, payroll, benefits administration and compliance for placed staff
- Verifying qualifications, licensure and right to work
- Meeting sponsor and regulatory requirements that apply to clinical trial staffing, including records that support GxP training and delegation
- Responding to enquiries and managing client relationships
- Understanding site usage and measuring advertising, where you have consented
- Meeting our legal, tax, audit and insurance obligations

International transfers
Advantra Consulting Group LLC operates in the United States and works with a delivery team in India. Personal information may be accessed from either location. Where information is transferred out of the UK or the European Economic Area we use the safeguards that law requires, including standard contractual clauses.
Text messages and calls
If you give us a mobile number and agree to be contacted by text, we may text you about roles, interviews and onboarding steps. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not withdraw an application, and we will still be able to reach you by email or phone.
How long we keep information
- Candidate records, for as long as you are active with us and then for a period consistent with employment and tax record requirements
- Payroll and employment records for placed staff, for the period required by federal and state law
- Records tied to a clinical trial, for the period the sponsor or applicable regulation requires
- Client and prospect records, for as long as the relationship is live and a reasonable period afterwards
You can ask us to delete your candidate record at any time, and we will do so except where a legal obligation requires us to keep it.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit, vendor due diligence and staff training appropriate to the information we hold. No system is completely secure, and we will tell you and the relevant authority where the law requires it if a breach affects your information.
Your rights
California
If you are a California resident you may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients. You may request correction or deletion, and you may limit the use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. You may use an authorised agent.
UK and EU
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may complain to your supervisory authority.
Making a request
Email privacy@advantralifesciences.com. We will verify your identity before we act, and we will respond within the period the applicable law sets.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email privacy@advantralifesciences.com and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Material changes will be signposted on this page.
